For the stoneware, the firing temperature is 1200-1250℃. Generally, two firings will be used, first low-temperature bisque firing and then glaze firing.The feature is that the billet can be made thinner and lighter. Porcelain clay has high viscosity and density, and the water absorption rate is about 7%. The color glaze is various. Good strength and wear resistance.

High temperature porcelain, the firing temperature is about 1250-1300 degrees, glazed and fired at one time. The product has good hardness and strength, and is not easy to break. Porcelain clay has high viscosity and density. The water absorption rate is 0.2-0.5%. Good heat stability, resistance to rapid cooling and rapid heating, few to appear glaze cracking. The whiteness of the product is good, and the porcelain is delicate. The glaze water of high-temperature porcelain is relatively limited, and it cannot make as rich color glaze as at medium temperature. Light and bright colors are prone to chromatic aberration and glaze flow. The product has been completely magnetized after high temperature firing, but it is prone to appear small black spots (iron). Meanwhile, it is of low cadmium tolerance rate, acid and alkali resistance so share the feature that no plumbum poison, easy to wash.

For dolomite ware, the firing temperature is 900-950 degrees, and it should go through once bisque firing and one time glaze firing. The main features for lightweight porcelain are lighter texture. Usually, the billet is thicker and feels bulkier. Porcelain clay has poor viscosity and density, and has a water absorption rate of 20-25%. Lightweight porcelain has poor strength and is easy to be damaged and cracked. Easy to produce bright colors, suitable for processing painted surfaces and bright color glazes. Good plasticity, not easy to deform when fired. But Poor strength and wear resistance.
